Business Development Executive

Primary Purpose of the Role:

  • Constantly contacting potential clients to establish networking opportunities
  • Work on sales target of the company and arranging meetings
  • Manage, monitor and utilize tools such as Google Analytics and online research to develop a deep understanding of a prospects business
  • Ensuring a systematic handover of the project and client to the Manhattan delivery team post the conversion of the client
  • Should know to document target achievement through execution of a business development plan
  • Based on the knowledge about the client should have abilities to accurately forecasts pipeline using available tools
  • Should work to develops new business connections with partners and other potential channels to market
  • Should be good in managing/ maintaining new client pitches, ideation and billing (Strategy + Presentation)
  • Should be aware of the current state of the prospective clients within social media
  • Should create and constantly develop database of prospective clients
  • Should have the abilities to conceptualize and build strategy for pitch specific to each client

Required Skill Set:

  • Need to have proper understanding of online marketing, web, email marketing, SEO and mobile trends and technologies.
  • Minimum education: Graduate in communications or management oriented discipline (BMS, BMM, BCOM)
  • Proper Knowledge & Usage of Social Media
  • Confident in meeting and influencing people
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Potential to ideate, liaison and be a confident negotiator and team player

Account Executive / Sr. Executive: 2+ Years,Mumbai

1.Working closely with the Designing & Execution Team for continuity and execution of social media marketing strategy and programs on the behalf of his or her assigned clients.

2.Ensuring that the daily program requirements are being executed and overall program goals are being met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis (on schedule and on goal).

3.Proactively ensuring that the issues, successes and key insights are being escalated and sharing the timely reports of the campaigns.

4.Working with the team to identify relevant campaigns as well as the overall outreach strategy as per the client objectives.

5.Handling a team of 4-5 people should be a mandate.
