Primary Purpose of the Role:
- All good marketing decisions should be backed by adequate data and numbers.
- Especially in digital marketing the numbers can be studied to gauge valuable insight into customer behavior and activity impact.
- The profile would entail creating and suggesting communication ideas for brands in the digital age.
- Ideation and brainstorming
- Reporting & In-depth analysis for insight mining
- Brand specific SEO keyword research, tracking
- Knowledge of new technologies like Big Data Analytics, AI, Augmented Reality etc.
- In-depth usage of Google Analytics.
- Any other activities associated with analyzing brand impact and way ahead.
- Should create and constantly develop database of prospective clients
- Should have the abilities to conceptualize and build strategy for pitch specific to each client
Required Skill Set:
- Number Cruncher: Should relish the idea of sitting in front of huge number charts to identify trends and gauge insights.
- Brand understanding: Every brand is different. You need to be able to understand the brand needs and its target group.
- Language proficiency: A 100% proficiency in English is a must. Expertise of other regional languages would be a plus. You should be comfortable with conversational, catchy as well as subject specific communications.
- Tech Savviness: Highly comfortable with internet research / new social platforms / apps / computer skills including MS Office. Well versed with platforms like Reddit, Hootsuite, Ad manager and so on. Google analytics experience preferable.
- Self-starter: Should be willing to learn quickly, adapt to changing work tasks.
- Potential to ideate, liaison and be a confident negotiator and team player
